Art Hana Weddings is a live wedding painting studio based in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada, operated by Arthana. This website lets couples view the portfolio and submit booking inquiries.

When you submit the booking inquiry form, we collect only the fields you provide, which may include:

• Your name and your partner’s name
• Email address and phone number
• Wedding date, venue, and event details
• Any message or notes you choose to share

We also collect basic, non-identifying page-view analytics (such as which pages were viewed) to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information.

Inquiries and site content are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled. Access to inquiry data is restricted to the studio owner through an authenticated admin panel. Passwords are hashed and managed by the authentication provider — they are never visible to us in plain text.

To operate the site we rely on a small set of trusted providers:

• Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, file storage)
• Email delivery provider for booking confirmations and replies
• Lovable hosting for the website itself

We do not share your data with advertisers. Public links to our Instagram only load when you click them.

Booking inquiries are kept for as long as needed to plan and deliver your wedding painting and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your inquiry at any time by emailing us.

You can email us to:

• Request a copy of the inquiry data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your inquiry
• Unsubscribe from any non-essential email

The site uses only the cookies required to keep the admin panel signed in and to record anonymous page views. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
