Arthana (Art Hana) painted our laavan live at Gurdwara Kalgidhar Darbar Sahib in Abbotsford, and from the video she sent us, it's stunning. She captured us walking around Guru Granth Sahib Ji, with the golden palki, flowers, my wife's red lehenga and the palla between us, in a warm, glowing style no photo could match. She was professional from start to finish, travelled from Kamloops, and had the painting ready weeks ahead of schedule. We haven't even received it yet and we can't wait to hang it. Highly recommend!

Packages are priced in CAD and include GST: Essential is $1,500 (18×24" canvas), Signature is $2,000 (24×30") and Heirloom is $2,800 (24×36"). Every package includes 5 to 6 hours of live painting. Couple portraits from a photo start at $500. Travel, pets and extra people are quoted separately.
Live wedding painting means an artist paints at your ceremony or reception while you celebrate. Arthana sets up her easel at your venue, paints live for 5 to 6 hours and captures a real moment of the day. Your guests can watch it come to life, and she refines the piece in her studio afterwards.
A limited number of weddings are accepted each season, and dates fill 9–12 months ahead, especially peak summer Saturdays. The earlier you reach out, the better.

Yes. Arthana is based in Kamloops, BC and travels for weddings across British Columbia and beyond. Travel by road is charged at $0.40 per km. Where air travel is required, return flights and accommodation are to be arranged and covered by the client.
Arthana is based in Kamloops, BC and paints weddings in Kamloops, Kelowna, Vernon, Salmon Arm, the Okanagan, Vancouver and across British Columbia. She also travels further afield on request.
Yes. In the Essential package pets are +$100 each, in the Signature package they are at additional cost, and in the Heirloom package they are also at additional cost.
Yes. The bridal party, family members and pets can be added. Extra people are quoted separately, based on the package and how much detail you'd like.
A 6 × 6 ft space indoors (8 × 8 ft outdoors), a nearby electrical outlet, a chair, a spot away from the loudspeakers, and a meal during the event. Planners can download the vendor sheet in the planners and venues section.
Yes. Parents, family, friends or the wedding party can book any package for the couple. Tick the gift box on the enquiry form, and tick the surprise box too if you'd like it kept secret until the reveal.
